After tough negotiations with the organizing World Triathlon Corporation (WTC), the Hessischer Rundfunk (HR) has again secured the transmission rights for the Ironman Hawaii. The public broadcaster will be broadcast on Saturday, October 8th, on Sunday, October 9th, from 0:50 am to 4:30 am as part of the program “heimspiel! extra ”report live from the Ironman World Championships. There will also be a live stream commented in English on ironmanlive.com.
