Hi Guys,
Fortunately for a few days I will soon be able to turn my back on the bad weather here :))
Together with Bennie, my co-author of our soon to be published book, I will fly to Tenerife for the last photo shoots together with the spomedis publishing house.
By and large, we are still missing the complete bike pictures for the book, as well as a few swimming and competition pictures. At the moment this is hardly possible here, after all, the pictures in the book are supposed to motivate and not show a bleak winter landscape with thickly packed triathletes 😉
Thanks in this way to Michael Kienzle from Pearl Izumi Germany, without his support we would have to take the photos in our "old" clothes!
We imagine the finished pictures roughly as above oben
sunny greetings

It's okay. Just leave us alone in cold Germany.
In the meantime we already have plus degrees!
That's how it looks.
... I'm already back: (((
Hi Krelli,
I hope your book is coming soon, I'm pretty contrite right now 🙁 My new job gives me very little time for training and the countdown to Lanza is running down threateningly fast ... I'm starting to panic!
I really need some great tips from your book on how to get work and sport under one roof (it was great before, now it's really difficult) and a splash of new motivation.
Greetings full of hope from a (small) depression

Hi Triamone,
we're almost done, hold out for so long, it would be a shame 😉
We all have lows now and then, don't let your head hang down. Refocus on the fun and why you started the sport. Sometimes you just can't put your head through the wall, even if you want to ...
dig in!
Krelli
Thank you & that with the "head through the wall" hits the nail on the head! After all, I'm not injured and that's the most important thing! I hope with all the pressure I put on myself (at work and sports) I can find my way back to fun.
Thank you and see you soon -book for reading-
