... now that some pictures of the duathlon on Sunday have been put online, I'll look for the ones where I don't look that unfavorable ... haha

The competition is really exhausting, duathlons are always anyway, but really very nice, so I can only recommend it to everyone for next year !!

  1. Stuff yourself full of fruit and vegetables every day, ie around 7-10 servings (where an apple, for example, represents one serving) and you will be amazed how much training you can handle!

    Of course, those who hardly eat vegetables and fruits benefit the most from it (less than 3 servings a day)

    Even if things like this sound banal, they are crucial for faster regeneration.
