In this post, I am going to describe the training of most long distance professionals for the time being. The "scope method" works as follows: the absolute largest part of the training is in the basic area (GA1), based on the motto: "a lot helps a lot". The second and much smaller part then also has to consist of (highly) intensive units, i.e. track training, time trial training, competitions, etc.
