The quality of the kilometers!
Especially for working people it is simply impossible to ride the sometimes enormous bike circumference of the professionals. Ok, when I was a student it might be halfway, but now - never.
In the article I also describe two of our "secret training" on the bike, please do not just imitate, but adapt to your own circumstances.
