Yesterday on the bike ride with the guys from Lichtenfels, I was probably a little too optimistic about my clothing. Still used to the temperatures from Mallorca, I cycled at 9 degrees and in shorts for around five hours through the area around Coburg and Kronach. Fortunately Frank still had a cap and a pair of gloves left, otherwise I would have passed over halfway down the road somewhere! After three hours it was already much more difficult to speak and I only had the image of a warm shower in front of my eyes 😉
In the evening and after a couple of beers, we got the idea that I could finally interview Steffen (aka Captain Chaos). You will only see the result here on the site soon, because after the last three videos this week, I don't want to do any “interview overload” to you 😉 Frank was also funny, who I also had to do an interview, he talked about his vegan diet and its effects on training and competitions.
Run & Bike
Next Sunday the time has come when my first Run & Bike will take place here at the Tiergarten in Nuremberg! There are enough starters, probably around 80 For the premiere announced. What I still have to organize for this, I'll write you in detail next week. Just so much: organizing races, even if it's just a small one, is a lot of work. With this in mind, I take off my non-existent hat to all organizers of triathlons and other major events!
