the training last week ...

… Came to an end yesterday with the Cross Duathlon on the Reichelsdorf Velodrome. There is also a separate report with results and pictures.

Although the girth was not too high when running, I am slowly getting back on my feet here. In addition to all the cakes and cookies with my parents and grandparents, I was able to build in a small unit every now and then.

It will take a few more weeks, then I stabilized the barrels at a good 4:20 average before they slowly move towards the 4:10 average. I can now deduce that pretty well from my experience over the past few years. Swimming is still going very well, now I also know which movement errors I still have to work on. In short, there is a lot 😉 But better that way, then at least there is still potential.

The duathlon on Sunday was not without it and the running was again unusually exhausting. It wasn't that bad when cycling because I had to concentrate all the time on not falling. What I managed to do except for one time, however, then threw me at the obstacles right in front of the grandstand. I was a little embarrassed ... haha
