Corona races have been canceled, but goals remain

Currently none of our beloved races will take place until the summer. This is annoying for all of us and, especially for competition-oriented athletes, a major setback for training motivation. Races have been canceled, but of course each individual's goals will remain the same! If the performance deficits are in cycling / running, use the next weeks and months to work specifically on them. There won't be a better time than now. Without the pressure of competition, you can build up and improve your performance in peace.

Swimming will be added from May, although open water units in the Neo are particularly popular here. Short warm-up. Then you look for a fixed loop of a few hundred meters and vary the tasks. Swim, for example, a 200m easy lap, the next 200m on train, again 200m easy, etc. And then we're back to complete triathlon training!

The new races will by no means take you unprepared and by then you will have built up a significantly higher level of performance. Here we go!
