Book title: "Triathlon for working people"

We're done... finally Bennie (above in the picture in the middle of the 90s) and I managed to bring the book into the final phase! Months of work and stress are a thing of the past this week !!

The book is currently with the publisher, which is currently busy with the layout. After 2-3 weeks it will be ready for printing and available from December. It will have about 270 pages and be filled with cool stories and pictures.
Among other things, we will also include training plans and understandably dedicate ourselves to all distances in the book. We will also go into the various starting levels of the athletes, whether they are beginners or semi-professionals. There is something for everyone.

The core of this is of course our training concept, which Bennie has been using successfully with his athletes for years.
There are several ways, or at least two, that lead to maximum performance in triathlon, but only one is suitable for working people or those who are very busy.

Example Stefan Holzner:
Here is a brief example: Bennie trained the three-time Ironman Germany winner Stefan Holzner for a long time. Stefan won the Ironman Germany both in a year with 16 hours of training per week and in a year with 30 hours of training per week (on average)!
So both ways work.

The answer is of course in the book 😉

Somehow it makes you a little proud to hold the finished project in your hands. There is also enough hard work and sweat in it 😉

Now I've earned a vacation for the first time! I will probably not be available for the next week, but that's a good thing 🙂

a nice weekend!
