Since we're on the subject. A really interesting book about nutrition in competitive sports and health care is the Paleo Principle by Joe Friel. Some already know something about the Paleo Diet, which in its pure form is not suitable for athletes unless you are satisfied with only being able to call up 75% of your performance in training and competition.
There is a version of this nutritional principle adapted to athletes by the author mentioned above. This is much better and also suitable for those who train a lot. I'm reading it right now and I'm excited. My girlfriend says I've never had so many abdominal muscles (I've lost 4kg since the winter break;))
In addition, the "daily training" practical test has been in place for three weeks now.
