so, today a little statistic about my training last month, in May.
Due to a few colds and minor ailments, I often had to take a break for one day or the other. I think this was mainly due to the fact that I had exaggerated it a bit before and my body was now taking revenge in this way. You can gloss over everything, but when such forced days come more and more often, then something is wrong with the body. In such cases, nothing helps, just a break.
I noticed it above all in smaller infections, such as herpes, upset stomach, increasing restlessness and increased susceptibility to stress. As a result, the training statistics for May are also mixed 😉
While I cycled a lot, by my standards, I suffered from running, but above all, too swimming. I got the receipt for this at the Baur Triathlon when Frank took two minutes off my swim 🙁
So here I have to do a lot before Roth!
My running slowed down slightly, here the average dropped (across all units) from 4: 13min / km in April to 4: 18min / km in May. I am convinced that this is mainly because I ran less and because of the infections. But it's not that wild, in June I'll get a lot out of it 🙂
The cycling got better because of the increased kilometers! At least some good news has to come.
Overall in May I was able to:
64 hours of training,
of which approx. 1200km on the bike,
215km run
and 23km swimming.
I did strength training an average of 1 hour a week.
Now I'm going to give full throttle again in June !!
Explanation for the plan above:
blue rest day, intensity of training depending on color level,
left training hours & right training kilometers
The numbers next to the units show the daily sequence
The D-pulse is always given when running

The question arises whether the writer of these reports is still sane.
sure, why not?
... hopeless ...
mmmhh ... I don't know what this is supposed to result in, in any case the writer of these lines seems to speak from experience and in case of illness or stress he loses his sanity 🙁
Then I wish you spared it and stay healthy!
By the way, you don't have to worry about the author of this blog anymore, he's doing great !!
