the first day is behind me, and guess what, it wasn't hard at all. On the contrary, I jump around here like a young deer!
I started on Wednesday morning at 84.2kg and now hold on! This morning I weighed 83kg! According to Adam Riese, these are whole 1.2kg in ONE DAY :)))))))
With this knowledge I can rule the world! All other diets can wrap up and go home.
To all overweight people out there, keep your hands off the Brigitte diet, cabbage soup diet, etc….
All you need are fewer carbohydrates, combined with hard interval training ... let's say ... like with me yesterday:
15min run-in on the bike, 10km time trial on 99% and then 6km run at 10km competition pace!
You can’t see that the belly is melting that fast 😉
I'll write to the health insurance companies in a moment. Instead of sending people to rehab, they have to be sent to the tartan track!
still 6 days!!
let's see if it goes on like this, then I can compete with the skinny Haile G. at the next Berlin Marathon 😉
skin in!

Hello Krelli,
.. Now it would be very interesting to know what you ate and when during the day .. !!
..Greetings,
Christian Zapf
Hi Christian,
mmhh ... we have to wait a little longer, as a single day is unlikely to produce a meaningful result. But yesterday I ate:
early:
Quark with some red jelly, nuts, raisins
morning:
I ate a pear and had to “borrow” a carrot from my colleague before my lunch session because my growling stomach scared everyone away!
Immediately after the run, for lunch in the canteen:
Turkey thigh with savoy cabbage
afternoon at home:
a protein shake and quark with peach
in the evening:
3 eggs, powdered into scrambled eggs by me personally, with olives, tuna, onions and mushrooms.
There was also iceberg lettuce with peppers, cucumber and carrots.
to all of them only water.
et volia!
😉
greetings
krelli
