Day 3 & 4 and Triathlon Erlangen

so ... after I just got all day yesterday dog tired and this morning, despite the fact that I have pinched a lot of delicious things for a few days, again weighed 82.8kg, I finished the whole thing today on the fourth day, with two sausage rolls and a kebab :)))
Since then, I've been feeling much better again! I start training again on Monday, and from then on everything goes as usual anyway, and I can work down the remaining pounds without any problems or restrictions.

My experiences over the last few days are as follows. The method is recommended for losing weight, but if you want to train a lot or hard at the same time, you should keep your hands off it. Few carbohydrates reduce the mood immensely and make you incredibly tired!

Erlanger Triathlon 2009

Today I was at the Erlanger Triathlon to cheer! Again an awesome middle distance, and my foot itched a lot when I just stood next to it. But even as a spectator, the whole thing was quite exhausting 😉 We cycled to Erlangen early in the morning, just in time for the swim start, we arrived at the point where it happened. During the race I had the feeling that I either knew at least half of all the starters personally, or had seen them before. I almost never had to stop clapping and sprinting briefly at the same time, almost an interval training in one way.
(see above, with Frank ... well, who is the athlete and who is the supporter ?? 😉
Maybe next time I should start with my porn glasses !?

I was really excited when Andi (athlete of the month, here on the right!) And Frank tackled the running route as the first and second. Andi led the race up to km 13 when he was caught and finished it as a 5! Not bad when you consider that it was his first race over the middle distance and he had to “bleed” a lot from the second lap. Frank, used to the longer distance, kept his pace on the second lap and finally crossed the finish line as a 3-man. Clean!

Congratulations to Flo, Thomas, Christoph, Robert, Stefan, Stephan, Bernd, Martin, Daniel, Christian, and everyone else!

Tomorrow it starts again! I'm already looking forward to it…

have a nice Sunday!

  1. Hi Krelli
you live in Nuremberg, don't you? I'm also a triathlete and I'll be moving there in 2 weeks. Can you tell me about a couple of nice bike laps and running laps around Nuremberg, or show me a leisurely bike lap?
