cool video from Run & Bike at the Tiergarten!

Hi Guys,

who back then with all the stories and pictures about the Run & Bike wondered what such a race really looks like, the following video is recommended. Many thanks to the cameraman who took the trouble to follow everyone with the bike and capture the pictures!

The race consisted of an 8.5km lap through the Nuremberg Zoo or, for most teams, two laps over the full 17km distance. After a short warm-up we started and every team of 2, which was armed with only one mountain bike, was allowed to alternate between running and cycling. The distance between the two should always be a maximum of 10 meters. Even if it doesn't seem logical, the fastest way is to change every 20-30 seconds. An interval training of the ultra-hard kind 😉

Here again the results from April 18th: click here!!

There is also on the homepage http://www.chooza.com/ even more pictures from the race.

I wish you a nice start to the week ... although the week is almost over!

PS: if you want to see even more, I recommend the complete video from my buddy Steffen, who sometimes drove after the teams in breakneck action.
