On some days…

... everything just works out in training. Do you know that? There are moments when you just think ... wow, if I can now call this performance up in summer, then there is no holding back !!

When I was walking through the snow in the direction of Fürth yesterday at noon, I had been thinking to myself for a long time, Krelli, you're already running at a good pace and still keeping your pulse, really cool. Until then, I was running at about 4:25 / km at 145 HR, a very good value for me. From halfway through the session, I accelerated a little (as I always do), because I always run faster than the first half of the second half. At some point I arrived at the long-distance competition pace, which fluctuates between about 153-155 HR. Now I actually ran 4: 10-4: 15 KM laps.
And that in winter, with snow and 10kg clothes on the body ... huuuiii.

Immediately pictures popped up in my head, oh what am I talking about ... a whole multiplex cinema with a 3D surround system and a huge screen popped up, and I saw myself running the final marathon in Roth in 2:59 hours in July in the best HD quality! 😉

Nobody there 😉

Unfortunately, sometimes exactly the opposite happens, namely when the training is not going so smoothly. But I always try to ignore such difficult phases and not lose sight of the goals set or question them.

So, the next time you experience such a cool unit yourself, it is advisable to mark the BIG in the training diary !! And now you just watch the further development. If these units pile up, then you are not only super cool and on the right track, but also have to BE CAREFUL! A majority of such days are often the first signs of an intermediate high in your training form! So don't keep beating it, but consciously take a few breaks again, especially if it's well before the start of the season 😉

I wish you a nice pre-Christmas season!
Krelli
