Training last week

The third week of stress went very well. Due to the weather, I was able to collect a few kilometers by bike again. Whereby we drove the first 100 of the season in a fun group on Sunday. Then a little paddock and the sunniest day so far was done. During the last run in particular, the sprints that I have done a lot recently became noticeable and I was able to progressively increase the pace a little.

I think that I would already manage a 3:10 marathon time on the long distance, but it should be a little faster So I hope that the weather will remain so mild to bring the bike shape up again. For swimming it is more important whether my shoulder can take as much training again. In any case, I diligently stretch every day 🙂
