... since this morning I haven't been doing anything else.
I actually wanted to use my day off today for training, but unfortunately my slight sore throat keeps me from doing it. The past has taught me many times that it often starts with that. Keep training and it can happen that the whole week is technically in the ass in terms of training. So let reason prevail and do something sensible.
Hence the writing. A new book will be published by spomedis just in time for Christmas. Title and content are of course still a secret 🙂 This time I will do the writing alone, without a co-author, and you can get ready for something really cool ... Rock'n Roll !!!
