Last week the time had come, after more than two months of training abstinence and 5kg extra weight, it is now going again. I got my leg brace on Friday at Dr. Dobmeier left in Bamberg after we saw that the cruciate ligament has recovered on its own. On medical advice, I should slowly start again with short and easy running training. All right, I ran the first 20s on Saturday ... haha, it was a joke.
So far I've only been swimming, cycling and doing weight training. Tomorrow in the lunch break I'll do the first 10min run.

Yesterday after our bike lap, during which we “pounded” through the towns with an insane 20-22 items, I had to take Jan home by car. His chain broke on the way home and 2km from me, and I was halfway in the shower.
What other news is there? Oh yes, I quit my job, but more on that later. In addition, I have set myself the goal for next year: 10-15 minutes faster over the long distance than this year! I now write that down on all sorts of sticky notes and distribute them all over the house so that I am reminded of it every day 🙂
