Have a nice holiday! Or if there isn't one, have a nice weekend!
I regularly attend training courses and seminars. On the one hand to delve deeper into interesting topics and key points - you never stop learning - and on the other hand to continually renew my A-trainer's license. A good measure. The German Triathlon Association also encourages you to regularly attend further training courses.
This time, the focus was again on a very exciting topic: the special features of endurance training for women. Aside from the political debate, there are of course differences in the performance, abilities and trainability of athletes. Biologically, women are not men and should therefore not train in the same way, or there are simply special features to be observed.
The speaker was Anja Ippach, a good friend from the sport and of course also a top athlete who achieved 6th place in the professional women's category at Ironman Hawaii.
What did we discuss and learn? A lot! Cycle-controlled training, training during and after pregnancy, training after menopause, and much more
If you would like to know more, please let me know.
Greetings, see you soon!
