We are planning the following program:
We will spend a whole day working on improving your position in the water and making your crawl technique more economical. We will also learn the relevant technical exercises that you can then integrate into your regular training. I will also go through how you can work specifically on your speed.
We also cover the topic of swimming-specific mobilization and stretching to avoid long-term injuries and overloads - keyword "swimmer's shoulder". A flexibility program before the second unit shows you how to noticeably increase your reach underwater. Last but not least: proper pull rope training for at home.
Two extensive swimming sessions are planned, 2 hours each in the morning and early afternoon, and in between two practical sessions of rope training and mobility. Also included is a video analysis of your personal swimming style. We record the videos on site. I view them at home and send you my analysis plus suggestions for improvement afterwards.
Contribution to expenses including video analysis 80€ per participant. Participant limit can be reached quickly.
