... soon it will be that time again and I can really recommend it to everyone. Go cross-country skiing when you find the conditions with you! It is really fun, something different and at the same time very good training. One hour a day is sufficient, the pulse can be just below the aerobic threshold. Most likely it will move itself there by itself if you do it properly
