krelli in danger - relay mountain run

Today a pretty hearty mountain run in Lichtenfels: Andi, Frank, Daniel and I ran up the Staffelberg. The largest elevation in the area. The route, which, thanks to Frank's knowledge of the area, got longer and longer, was peppered with steep climbs, on which I was clearly shown my current weight disadvantages.

All in all approx. 400 m elevation gain over 16 km, but thankfully we set a comfortable pace 😉

That means we were able to chat again. Andi and Frank will each spend 4-6 weeks in training camps on Fuerteventura and Mallorca in spring. That promises a lot for the season. While Frank will most likely start in Roth, Andi is tackling his first season as a professional. At least he had the sponsor's clothes on before. Even if no pig has seen us in the forest 😉 Daniel, who took the photos, will continue to devote himself to his running career and attack the 10th best time of 33 minutes.

Always interesting to talk to experts and find out what motivates the others to get out of the house early in the morning or in bad weather.

Of course, I wish the three of you and you that all goals and dreams for next year come true, and a happy new year !!!!
