  1. wait until it has healed and then start like you should always start after a long break. Short units of 5-10 minutes or longer, but then alternate walking / running. Pause for 2 days between the units and listen to the body to see if it can act

    There are of course things like aqua jogging, but let's be honest, who really does it? πŸ˜‰
