Now it starts again. As in the past, I give you a brief glimpse into my personal training every week. At first I bake small rolls. After my long break, my main focus is on getting back into regular training. In addition, more athletic and strength training to prepare my muscles and locomotor system for the coming months of training.

At first I find it difficult to hold back, I fall too quickly into the usual training speeds, especially when running, so that my pulse is still relatively high for the first few weeks. When I start cycling, I put a lot of emphasis on technique and high cadence. Although I'm already starting to build in light strength endurance intervals from time to time. I have to get used to swimming again.
