Training last week & tip against strep throat

Now the 3rd week of entry is over and it's good to be back in daily training. Actually I would have trained more this week if I hadn't been a little sick on Friday. I then cured that by Sunday. Here I stick to the rule of reason: Better to rest for two days immediately to cure the infection than to procrastinate and later have to take a forced break for two weeks.

By the way, a great tip against inflamed throat: take antibacterial mouth rinse 3-5 times a day, leave in the mouth for 1-2 minutes and gargle several times at the end. In this way you cause a large-scale bacterial exodus every time and you get your throat clear again much faster.
