Last Thursday I was in skinfit shop in Krefeld to present my new book. Many thanks to the owner Jens for the invitation. I had a lot of fun and we had a great audience. A visit to the store, which is already decorated for Christmas, is definitely worth it! I didn't even know what else there was from skinfit, except for the triathlon clothing.

Next Thursday, December 13th I'm in Regensburg in purendure shop by Sonja Tajsich. From 6:30 p.m. I will give a lecture “Triathlon training units for working people” - despite a chronic lack of time, exhausting the full performance potential. You can of course also buy books there.
Period: 6:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
