Relief week

... no exciting occurrences.
On Saturday I installed a little fitness test. Walked just below LD intensity. Everything is good - the 4:20 cut shows me that my running is coming back. Overall, I am quite surprised how quickly everything is back. I imagined longer. Apparently the body remembers old training regimes quite quickly. It was particularly blatant with the metabolism. When it started three weeks ago, I was down from 89kg to 83kg within two weeks, just under the competition weight. At first I don't take off any more, otherwise it'll be too cold for me in winter. In addition, you run the risk of getting infections faster.
