Workout the week

... only lasted until today because I have a few appointments over the next few days. Can I use the same optimally as a relief.

The focus this week was on cracking the 20km swimming. I swam in the pool today and finished the program after exactly 2.8km. I only needed that much to reach the 20km mark. Didn't swim a single meter. Firstly, my arms are like puddling and secondly, I have to save something for the coming months 🙂

Optimal cycling weather until the middle of the week, which I was able to use again. From Thursday on, snow shoveling units and the training became a bit difficult. But that will be back 🙂
