Training last week

Last week it was a bit cool, but dry. A reason for me to get on my bike more often and do some basic kilometers. I was also on the time trial bike for the first time this year. At first it took some getting used to, but after a while it was quite comfortable again. Strangely enough, on Sunday afternoon after my long run, I had the best legs, and when it rolls, you should let it roll 😉

Swimming was rather calm the week and technology-oriented. From next week it will be harder again. This time run a little longer and more restrained. I think I still have to work on it a bit for July.

About the size I have planned for April. With my fingers crossed that the weather continues to go so well and that everything stays healthy, then I am in good spirits that I can increase or intensify that in May and June. The latter is more important than more volume.
