... and I'm looking forward to a few easy days to relax ๐ Now I can finally work on the new book again.

Swimming was rather easy this week, which I was also very happy about. Because in the evening there wasn't too much going on anyway. Now the outdoor pools are slowly opening too, finally !!!
In cycling this year I have as many kilometers as I usually had shortly before Roth. So I think I'm in good shape here for the season. I've got used to my time trial bike, no back pain, absolutely nothing. Which is probably due to the fact that I do more core stabilization than ever before.
I also slowly get into shape while running. My little test threshold run, which I do almost every week, is now 4:10 / km. In theory, this corresponds to the long-distance pace, but to be able to access it in the same way, you have to get off the bike relatively relaxed. Experience has shown that I can add another 15 seconds per km for myself. My realistic LD pace should therefore currently be around 4:25 / km.
Now the good news: the basic phase is over. The right training for Roth begins now!
nice start to the week!
