Training last week

Now that the weather has finally played along, we could start again last week. But the bad weather also had its good sides, I was never as rested before the last exercise as this time 🙂

Also, I've almost certainly set a small personal running record. I've never run more than 100 kilometers a week. My running friends are probably laughing at this, but it wasn't without it for me. Cycling fits, next week I will test the Challenge lap with the competition pulse and see where I stand compared to previous years.

I had some catching up to do while swimming and will be going into the water more often before the challenge. Often swimming brings a lot to the water feeling.
