Rothsee Triathlon

Today the last form test at the Rothsee Triathlon, the little brother of Challenge Roth in two weeks.

on the home stretch, but somehow nobody was behind me…. ... well, you should end every unit with increases 😉

The swimming started quite surprisingly and with a whistle out of the blue, I hadn't even put on my glasses, but it went pretty well for me. After 21 minutes back out of the warm Rothsee, but lying a bit beaten in about 40 position. While cycling I was able to put pressure on the pedals again today and move up to 16th place over the 43 kilometers. I was able to defend this more or less well and ran the final 10 progressively in 36 minutes. In the end, after 2:06 hours, I was 17th overall.
Thank you for your cheers on the track, I was really happy and it felt like a home game! Also thanks to Radsport Duschl for the great material!

I can be satisfied with the result, especially since I had finished my last long units for the long distance on Thursday and Friday.

Congratulations also to my athletes Bianca, Dani, Harald, Uli, Philip, Patrick, Stefan, Dominique, Marco, Martin and again Stefan 🙂 and of course all the other 2000 participants from today.
