Training last week

Last week went really well again. Finished the last long run before Roth on Thursday. This time I was in a really good mood, also compared to my pulse. It actually felt very relaxed the whole time. On Friday during the long bike ride, however, I was quite exhausted, there was not much left and nothing more than scooter was possible. Rest on Saturday and then Rothsee on Sunday. Here I was a little disappointed with the swim, but quite happy with the rest.

Now the tapering begins 🙂
