Last week went pretty well, mostly in the low end. When I get back on, I prefer to run shorter, but more often. I slowly pull out the long run at first. After a break, the risk of overloading tendons, joints and muscles should not be underestimated. In this phase I often run at the same intensity. Here you can watch how the pace slowly comes along over the course of the week.
Cycling is actually always possible, but here everything is still on the racing bike, so it's easier to chat while riding 😉 Incidentally, the pace on the bike does not matter at this stage. After a few hours, the body starts to work, no matter what pace you are driving. This week I'll slowly get back on my time trial bike.
Swimming is similar to running, here I try to get back to my form from winter when I was able to swim the 100m a few times in 1:12. Here I slouched too much in front of Roth and left out the hard things.
Before the question about the rest day comes up again, Friday and Saturday were pretty relaxed.
a good start to the week!
