Training last week

As some may have noticed, when I exercise more, I can write less. Therefore, there are sometimes weeks where I only report 1-2 times a week.

This week was another week. Overall now the third week of basics. Just two more and then I'll bring in more intensities. Three to four hard weeks in September should be enough to sharpen the form at Barcelona again.

Cycling was quite pleasant from the weather this week. Two time trial bikes, otherwise all racing bikes. On the last tour on Sunday I was quite exhausted and am happy about my quiet day today. The running went surprisingly well. Here I was almost back to my Roth form in a few units. There is still a lot to do when swimming, somehow I don't have a good feeling about water at the moment. In addition, the water in the outdoor pool is so cold that I can't stand it for more than 2-3km. Then I have to get the Neo out again 😉
