The Rock.Race is an extreme run over a distance of approx. 25 kilometers (16km rookies). During this route there are about 30 obstacles, on the one hand artificially built and on the other hand natural, to be overcome.
In addition to the obstacles, the route profile is also a challenge. On the running route, which leads through the beautiful areas in the district of Würzburg and Main Spessart and affects many beautiful communities, you have to conquer over 500 meters in altitude, for which you will be rewarded by the outstanding landscape.
