Weight and running performance

When I look at the pictures like that, I look like a Bulgarian weightlifter compared to the other participants on Sunday at Run & Bike.

In contrast to Roth in July this year, with currently 89kg I have about 10kg more on my ribs (at a height of 1.92m)

If you consider that every kilo is less about 1-2 seconds per km, then I run 10-20 seconds faster per km on competition weight alone, and that without additional training. But I have the feeling that this way I can get through the winter better, without infections and ailments, because the body simply has more substance. In addition, I still have power reserves for the summer 😉

In the Christmas month it will be difficult with diet anyway 😉
in the sense, get in!
