Training last week

 

I'm slowly getting back to regular training mode. The weather is still kind to us and we can drive on the road without any problems and don't have to hover through the forest on our MTB.

When running, I slowly increase the duration of the unit from about 40 minutes towards 1 hour. I often run on the upper base. This is the fastest way to advance your running form.

Tomorrow the first 5 hour birthday trip from a friend, so I took a rest today. When it gets too cold, we just drink mulled wine in between, at the numerous Christmas markets 😉
