unfortunately a bit late, but I have my hands full with the final book version and next week is the printing date !!
Because of the lumbago in the middle of the week, nothing going on, and then on Sunday the Duathlon Ansbach, with you an ice-cold lactate shower awaited me while running. Running has seldom been so strenuous. I should have run a few intervals beforehand 😉 Despite this, a great competition that I can recommend to everyone to start the season!
