Training last week ...

... was all about swimming. Because I have poor sausage locksmith for the indoor pool, I am in the water every day over the Easter holidays. Well, that means I can at least swim a few kilometers a week 😉

Tomorrow then 400m swim test, then let's see what the last week has brought. But I'm in good spirits that the form is slowly picking up speed. First I have to wake up from hibernation and the basic phase. It takes time.

Nonetheless, I don't start with intensities too early. Roth is not until July 20th, and there are several weeks until then. What matters is what you have been training for over the last 8 weeks, as this will have a direct impact on the competition result. Until then, the foundation has to be in place, the better, the more and harder you can train on it.
