The king unit of the last week was the coupling unit with Fabi on the bike. Here we raced 9x 10km in competition mode over the slopes. Up to repetition 7 I was able to keep my watt values at about 310, ie above the LD speed, then it went downhill, a sign that the number of repetitions was sufficient.
I had to recover from the unit on Friday 🙂
Otherwise everything is going well and I'm looking forward to relaxing in the next few days!
